Course: Coffee degustation

Screening of photos from travels and introduction to the world of coffee. You will learn interesting facts about cultivation, processing, roasting and coffee preparation itself. You will find what the basic components of the coffee flavour are, how to identify quality grains and how to choose coffee for home preparation. The following is a sample tasting of coffees from various countries and by different roasters. This degustation is presented in the form of „cupping“. You will be surprised that coffee may not be just bitter.   Duration: 2-3 hours.
